To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping bag. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) or PayPal account. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.
You don’t need an account to place an order but having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. You can create an account by clicking here or by opting in when placing an order.
By law, we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to New York and Tennessee. The rate of tax will be determined by the exact delivery address and displayed when placing your order.
All orders within the UK are shipped at the following rates (you will have the option to select your rate when placing an order):
Due to Brexit, at this moment we have decided to not ship internationally.
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm (excluding holidays) are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on the exact amount of such charges since they are specific to each location.
Our Apparel is manufactured to the highest standard, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply mail off your return within 30 days of receiving your item and we will be happy to offer you a refund.
Exchanges can also be made, however they can only be for a different size or color of the same style.

Returns/Exchanges can only be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of your item.
Please mail to the Return Address that is on the attached label or invoice.
Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same style only.
Once we receive your returned item, we will refund you the purchased amount and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account or your exchange to be sent out. We don’t refund original shipping charges.
All Killer Whale Wear items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached. Any damaged items that have signs of wear or do not conform with Killer Whale Wear return policy will be declined and no refund will be made.
Killer Whale Wear guarantees its clothing to be free from manufacturing defects, however if you believe that you have received a defective product, prior to returning the item, please contact us at contact@killerwhaleshop.co.uk with an image of the defect and your order number for our production team to review.
By placing an order with Killer Whale Wear, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our return/exchange policies, terms and conditions.
Killer Whale Wear reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the below requirements:
All items must be returned in perfect condition, not used and with the original tags still attached.
We are unable to offer a refund on items that are scratched, damaged or dirty.
Normally the return of the product to Killer Whale Wear takes 10-21 business days.
